By integrating the Microsoft Cognitive Services Recommendations API in about five days, DutchCrafters automated personalized product suggestions across its catalog. The change tripled conversion for visitors who used recommendations (to 0.6 percent) and now drives about 15 percent of sales, with scalable coverage for all 10,000 products and plans to add real-time personalization.
