New Signature is a midsize IT consulting firm with offices across North America and the UK that grew rapidly through acquisitions and now supports a largely remote workforce. The company needed a small IT footprint that could securely onboard new hires and keep employees productive from day one—without slow, on-premises provisioning or heavy support overhead.

New Signature implemented Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (Azure AD Premium, Intune, Azure Information Protection) together with Windows 10 and Office 365 ProPlus to enable agentless, cloud-first provisioning and centralized policy management. In seven months about 95% of devices were in Azure AD, employees can log in and be productive without a VPN, and a team of roughly five support staff now manages ~400 users—improving security, reducing support effort, speeding updates, and strengthening customer-facing sales stories.
