Microsoft Dynamics CRM helps KEXP maintain connections with donors

KEXP is a nonprofit Seattle radio station with a passionate, global audience—about 170,000 weekly listeners and 30% of donors living outside the city. Facing the need to fund a new studio and better manage complex data on donors, listeners, artists and events, KEXP lacked the segmentation, event tracking and business intelligence required to target supporters effectively.

KEXP implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (integrated with Office 365) and built customized workflows and dynamic lists to segment donors, track fundraising activity and monitor event attendance. The result: more efficient, better-targeted fundraising drives, improved donor relationships, and the station already more than halfway to its studio donation goal.
