As its customer base grew from SMBs to large enterprises worldwide, NaviSite faced the challenge of quickly scaling enterprise‑class support and building staff expertise to provision, manage and support thousands of cloud customers.
NaviSite adopted Microsoft Premier Support for Partners—leveraging an assigned Technical Account Manager, Microsoft‑delivered training and third‑tier escalation—to accelerate staff readiness and streamline support. The result: deployment and implementation times were cut by about half, managed Office 365 ticket resolution improved roughly 30% year over year, critical issues receive faster escalation, and NaviSite has strengthened sales win rates and customer loyalty while commanding a premium for its managed cloud services.
