Lyceum of the Philippines University, a multi‑campus higher education institution in the Philippines, needed to modernize and standardize IT and educational services across its five campuses for more than 1,000 faculty and staff to maintain teaching quality and streamline administrative operations.

Partnering with Microsoft, LPU deployed Office 365 and Azure (including DreamSpark), implemented Active Directory, access control and e‑book servers, and upgraded payroll with biometric HR. Combined with Microsoft Virtual Academy and IT Academy training, these solutions improved real‑time collaboration and email security, increased administrative efficiency, and upskilled staff and students with modern cloud, development and IoT capabilities—boosting productivity and 21st‑century competencies.
