CustomersFirst Now (CFN) is a customer-experience firm that set out to build an in-house, analytics-driven platform to create journey maps and predict customer sentiment. After finding third-party tools inadequate and expensive, CFN faced the challenge of building a scalable, collaborative solution with minimal upfront investment while teams were distributed across multiple locations.

Working with GAVS, CFN deployed the platform on Microsoft Azure as an environment-as-a-service. Azure removed the need for capital hardware, enabled rapid PoCs, provided global accessibility and integration with Microsoft tools (Visual Studio Online, Active Directory, Office 365), and delivered on-demand scalability—resulting in faster time-to-market, lower development and licensing costs, and the ability to produce robust, analytics-driven journey maps without infrastructure overhead.
