Case Study: Cazar achieves faster innovation and digital transformation with Microsoft Azure

A Microsoft Azure Case Study

Preview of the Cazar Case Study

Leading Middle East SaaS vendor established in the cloud transforms product with migration to Azure

Cazar, a Dubai-based SaaS vendor founded in 2003, is the maker of Sniperhire, a cloud-first e-recruitment platform used across the Middle East and 64 countries worldwide. After 14 years on Rackspace — despite being largely built on Microsoft technologies — Cazar faced cost and flexibility constraints and wanted to speed feature delivery and innovation, so its CTO chose to migrate the product and infrastructure to Microsoft Azure.

Working with Microsoft Gulf, Cazar completed a six-month move to Azure IaaS and PaaS services (including Blob Storage, Redis Cache, Application Insights, Analysis Services and machine learning), enabling a full DevOps approach. The result: faster, higher-quality development and reduced time-to-market, a new ML-driven service for select clients, and a clear path to digitally transform Sniperhire and focus teams on innovation rather than hardware.
