If P&C Insurance, a leading property-and-casualty insurer in the Nordic and Baltic regions with about 3.6 million customers and 6,200 employees, faced fragmented online portals and slow release cycles. The Baltic sites (Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia) ran on separate platforms, making content updates, responsive/mobile design (over 60% of traffic), and marketing-driven changes time-consuming; releases typically took at least two weeks and required heavy IT involvement.
