Bon Group is a Kuwait-based food company behind The Chocolate Bar chain that was expanding rapidly and needed a cohesive, centralized back-office IT infrastructure to support multiple branches and a growing staff. Working with INC Technologies and Microsoft solutions, Bon Group moved from an on-premises Small Business Server to a cloud-first platform using Office 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Skype), Azure for backup and disaster recovery, Intune, and Dynamics 365 Business Central to integrate finance, HR and payroll. The result is a modern, largely cloud-based environment that centralizes data and emails, automates payroll, reduces numerical errors, and speeds up processes—creating a strong foundation for further expansion.
