ZingHR replatformed on Microsoft Azure after finding a better cloud partner, rebuilding its apps for mobile and offering a pay-as-you-go, secure, scalable service. The move delivered a hire-to-retire platform with open APIs, automated processes, reduced costs and error rates, improved visibility and global reach; 70% of products are now mobile (target 90%), and Azure’s India data center enabled compliance with Kotak’s data-residency and security requirements.
