A Microsoft Azure Case Study
Jayman BUILT, a Calgary-based homebuilder, needed a better way to manage the complex, decision-heavy homebuilding process and keep customers informed. Their on-premises Microsoft Dynamics CRM and productivity systems required significant IT administration, frequent hardware upgrades and limited remote access, which constrained employee flexibility and slowed responsiveness to buyers.
Working with Betach Solutions, Jayman migrated to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure—moving email to Exchange Online, adopting SharePoint Online, and planning OneDrive, Power BI and a connected homebuyer portal. The cloud shift reduced IT maintenance, cut third-party licensing and productivity-software costs (about $45,000 annually plus roughly $100 per user), improved data access, collaboration and customer responsiveness, and freed IT to focus on strategic initiatives.
