International transportation and construction company consolidates data sales

Arctic Group International, a Kazakhstan-based construction and specialized logistics firm serving the oil, gas and mining sectors, faced rapid growth that expanded its workforce from about 100 to over 600 employees. That growth exposed problems with data integrity and fragmented software across departments, and the company needed a cloud-based, multilingual enterprise solution to unify processes and support its diverse workforce.

Arctic Group implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 on Microsoft Azure with partner SynConsult Master, deploying modules for finance, sales, procurement, warehousing and HR (with localized payroll) and cloud-hosted storage and dispatch tools. The integrated system centralized data, reduced entry errors, improved employee communication and provided easier access to information, and Arctic Group reports improved workflows and satisfaction as it rolls out additional service and dispatch modules.
