Microsoft Azure helped power Ingram Micro’s InstaQuote solution, which automates quote creation by scanning emails, extracting request details, and generating draft quotes for sales associates to review. The result was a major reduction in manual work and the freeing of thousands of hours for sales teams, while also improving customer insight, speeding response times, and enabling more proactive selling opportunities.
