GAVS Technologies, a global IT infrastructure and digital-transformation firm, helped Anchor Health & Beauty Care (AHBC), an Indian FMCG company, address supply-chain fragility caused by heavy dependence on distributors and retailers. AHBC needed real-time access to inventory and order data, greater responsiveness and compliance with local regulations, which prompted GAVS to recommend a cloud-based, SAP-enabled supply-chain solution.

GAVS migrated AHBC’s SAP landscape to Microsoft Azure—designing a secure network, deploying Windows VMs, upgrading SAP, migrating dev/test/prod environments, replatforming gaps and enforcing segregation of duties. The Azure solution delivered seamless SAP integration, high availability and scalability, faster deployments, improved security, pay-as-you-go economics and roughly a 20% reduction in IT operational costs.
