A Microsoft Azure Case Study
IFIM Business School, a well‑ranked management institution in Bangalore, had long been an early adopter of digital tools but found that a growing stack of disparate applications created new problems: users needed multiple logins, generating hundreds of password‑reset requests; staff were storing official data on personal devices leading to mismanagement and loss; and internal collaboration was limited by siloed systems. These issues increased IT workload and reduced productivity across campus.
IFIM migrated to Microsoft Azure and Office 365 and built the Keep Learning Platform to integrate CampusLabs ERP, D2L Brightspace, @Workplace and O365 into a single environment. Office 365 SSO simplified access, cloud storage centralized data and improved security, and collaboration tools became widely adopted—transactions on the platform rose from about 20 to 2,000 per day (with a 5,000/day target), hardware dependence fell, and IT support demands dropped, positioning IFIM to pursue a more paperless, transparent future.
