Microsoft Azure helped Humana consolidate its fragmented environment into a single platform, standardize data sets, and speed up dashboard creation and collaboration. The solution reduced Power BI visual load times from 45–60 seconds to much faster performance, enabled rapid dashboard updates in days, and supported a 97% increase in monthly active users and a 37% rise in new apps and reports during COVID-19.
