INCAE Business School, a 50-year-old regional academic institution with headquarters in Costa Rica and Nicaragua and recruiting offices across Latin America, needed to modernize and centralize its payroll and HR systems so staff in multiple countries could work consistently while offices retained visibility and control. The challenge was to update a regional Oracle/Linux payroll application and integrate it smoothly with the school’s Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP across diverse legal and payroll requirements.

Legadmi’s RPS was deployed on Microsoft Azure with local partner ITQS and integrated with Dynamics GP, delivering transparent interoperability between the Oracle/Linux payroll and the Windows ERP. The cloud solution provided consistent HR data across 10 countries, cut costs by about 60%, sped up onboarding and partner incorporation, and added local support—prompting plans to migrate additional infrastructure from Amazon to Azure.
