Juniper Networks, a global provider of routers, switches, security, and network-management software, faced fragmented product information spread across multiple silos. That made it slow and inefficient for sales and support teams to get answers—often taking days and causing delayed or lost customer opportunities.
To fix this, Juniper partnered with Attunix and Microsoft to build QUIN, a voice-enabled AI question-answering agent on Azure and Cortana accessible from smartphones. QUIN centralized product knowledge, cut the number of steps to find answers, sped up customer responses, accelerated the sales cycle, and improved accuracy—paving the way for broader AI-driven initiatives like self-driving networks.
