CorporateHealth International, an Odense, Denmark–based health services innovator, develops a swallowed‑camera solution to make gastrointestinal investigations easier, cheaper, and safer. To drive adoption of its noninvasive procedure the company needed reliable, standardized processes and clear documentation for quality management, regulatory review, and a dispersed clinical team—requirements that were slowing scaling and clinical acceptance.

CorporateHealth adopted Microsoft Visio Data Visualizer together with Excel and Office 365 (plus SharePoint and Azure) so clinicians can enter process steps in familiar Excel tables and instantly generate professional Visio process maps. The approach standardized SOPs, sped up updates and reviews, supported regulatory needs (including GCP trials), improved transparency and trust, and helped the company save time while scaling operations and onboarding international staff.
