Kwik Chek Food Stores, a 39-location convenience, grocery and fuel chain in Texas and Oklahoma, needed to raise customer satisfaction and loyalty while converting fuel-only visits into in-store purchases. Its legacy systems were unreliable and inflexible, so the company sought a streamlined, personalized mobile commerce and behavioral marketing platform to speed transactions, secure payments, and deliver targeted offers.

Partnering with P97 and Microsoft Azure, Kwik Chek deployed PetroZone Mobile Commerce and a cloud-based Retail Fuels Module that integrate mobile apps, POS, fuel pumps, loyalty and back-office systems. The solution enables secure mobile payments, pump reservations, geo-location, and real-time digital offers plus advanced analytics—cutting fueling and checkout times ~30–40%, increasing in-store traffic and loyalty, enabling rapid store rollouts (under four hours), improving inventory and marketing precision, and boosting operational efficiency.
