Faced with roughly 5,000 monthly inquiries tracked in cumbersome spreadsheets and limited visibility into student profiles, preferences and workflow bottlenecks, the academy needed a smarter, scalable way to optimise recruitment and maximise finite resources.
Working with Pratyaya and Microsoft, PSB Academy migrated to Dynamics CRM Online and deployed Office 365, automating workflows, social listening and collaboration. The cloud solution delivered deeper insights and targeting (allowing the team to predict which inquiries would convert), streamlined ticketing and SLAs, and improved recruitment efficiency—resulting in a more than 14% rise in enrollments without extra marketing—while enabling ongoing plans for even more personalised student engagement.
