Pet Supplies Plus, a U.S. neighborhood pet-store chain with about 300 locations preparing for aggressive growth, needed a unified technology backbone to replace disparate ERP systems and support rapid expansion. By deploying Dynamics AX, Pet Supplies Plus created one system of record and streamlined processes, data, and reporting. Early rollouts in dozens of stores have driven strong employee adoption of the new POS, reduced new-hire training time, improved ordering and business intelligence, and positioned the chain to scale more quickly and cost-effectively while delivering better service to customers.
