A Microsoft Azure Case Study
Singapore’s Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) is a small leadership-development organization that aims to equip Asian professionals for global roles. To “walk the talk” and stay industry-leading, HCLI faced the challenge of modernizing its legacy on‑premises systems and improving collaboration, security and operational resilience—needs that became urgent as the COVID‑19 crisis emerged.
HCLI worked with partner DTS to adopt Microsoft 365, Teams and migrate to Microsoft Azure, using Azure AD multifactor authentication for security. The move boosted collaboration and productivity (including video recording and automated transcribing), cut hardware and maintenance costs through cloud migration, ensured high availability, and allowed a rapid, low‑impact shift to remote work during COVID‑19—reinforcing HCLI’s reputation as a forward‑thinking leader.
