Factory of the future with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning and AI

Ricoh Japan, part of Ricoh, needed to modernize its long-running homegrown sales and CRM system as it shifted from office equipment to digital services. The legacy platform had become complex, rigid, and costly to change, so Ricoh Japan turned to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to support more flexible, data-driven selling and better fit its cloud-first strategy.

Microsoft Azure helped power the new solution, which was implemented with Accenture and included migration of nearly 300 million records, integration with Microsoft 365, and Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales. The system went live for 14,000 users across Ricoh Japan offices, and Microsoft Azure support via FastTrack helped ensure a smooth rollout and timely guidance throughout implementation.
