ClickView is a Sydney-based education technology company (about 100 employees) that provides schools with a curated library of 6,000+ K–12 videos and tools for uploading and live-streaming content to roughly 2,100 schools across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The company originally relied on on-premises servers and physical media, which limited classroom use, created heavy IT overhead for schools, and made it hard to securely manage hundreds of thousands of teacher and student logins while supporting user uploads and live events.

ClickView moved its platform to Microsoft Azure, using Azure Active Directory integrated with each school’s AD plus Azure Media Services, CDN, Live Encoding and Media Player, and a hybrid model that keeps a copy of each library on-premises and in the cloud. The result is secure, scalable streaming and single sign-on for hundreds of thousands of users, easier short-form and live-video use in classrooms, growing user-generated content (about 10% today), reliable global delivery and a cost-effective path to international expansion.
