Delivering data to doctors to enable the best decisions at the point of care

Pinnacle Hospital, a physician-owned acute-care facility in Indiana that performs more than 300 elective surgeries a month, faced mounting regulatory and reimbursement pressures and frustrating operational silos: nearly every department was automated but systems didn’t communicate, creating duplicated work, lengthy manual coordination (for example, scheduling a single surgery could involve a dozen people and take days), and risk to patient care and margins.

Working with Mazik Global, Pinnacle implemented MazikCare on a Microsoft stack (Azure, Dynamics AX/365/CRM, SQL Server, Power BI and Azure Machine Learning) to unify financials, scheduling, patient data and analytics. The new system delivers real-time dashboards, cuts claims processing from days to minutes, reduces surgical scheduling from days to under an hour, and enables predictive, evidence‑based decisions at the point of care—with projected operating-cost reductions of 10–15% within 24 months and a 25–40% increase in surgeries over 36 months.
