CardioDiagnostics, a San Francisco–headquartered mHealth startup with an R&D lab in Beirut, developed LifeSense, a 3G/Wi‑Fi wearable that continuously monitors cardiac patients. Their challenge was to capture, transmit and store large volumes of sensitive, real‑time patient data globally while ensuring security, HIPAA compliance and the ability to scale so clinicians receive timely alerts.
