Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Teams, implemented with partner SYNQ and connected to Twilio, created a secure curbside pickup workflow with organized queues, customer messaging, and manager escalations. The rollout was completed quickly, with 150 employees trained within 24 hours, and online sales increased dramatically—up to nine times overall and two to three times above pre-pandemic levels.
