Türkiye Diyanet Foundation is an official Turkish religious and humanitarian organization with 1,000 branches in Turkey and 135 countries, 1,500 employees, 10,000 volunteers, and more than 600,000 donations processed annually. The Foundation’s complex network and large scholarship program (serving over 100,000 students) relied on manual processes and disparate systems—Excel spreadsheets, phone and newspaper announcements, and inconsistent mobile channels—which slowed financial transactions and made coordination costly and error-prone.

By centralizing integrations with Microsoft BizTalk Server and web services, the Foundation automated data flows between banks and its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM on Azure, cutting donation-data processing from about a day to under 30 minutes. The solution delivered near-100% user satisfaction, improved server utilization, faster and more accurate transfers, secure automated sharing, reduced personnel time and costs, and better-quality student and donor data—providing a scalable, redundant platform that supports the Foundation’s expanding mission.
