BitTitan, a cloud-born provider of tools that help IT service providers run and grow their businesses, needed faster insights into marketing and partner engagement. The company lacked real-time analysis of social media around product launches and struggled to provide well-qualified sales leads to its channel partners—limiting campaign agility and partner success.
Working with Northwest Cadence and using Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and Cortana Intelligence components, BitTitan built a Twitter sentiment-analysis dashboard in three weeks and a lead-scoring pipeline using Azure Machine Learning, Data Factory, and SQL Database. The marketing team can now optimize campaigns mid-flight (increasing Tweet reach about fivefold), and scored leads converted far better in tests (19 of 200 vs. 1 of 200 for unscored leads), boosting partner engagement and sustaining the company’s strong growth.
