ASICS EMEA hits the ground running with cloud-based mobility solution

ASICS EMEA, the European arm of the global sports brand, set out to modernize its workplace for 1,500 employees by enabling secure, anywhere access to email and documents, standardizing hardware and cloud tools, and protecting proprietary designs—all while replacing a mix of third-party consumer tools and managing a complex, multi‑vendor environment.

Working with partner InSpark, ASICS deployed Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (Intune, Azure AD, Azure Information Protection) alongside Surface devices and Windows 10, rolling out 1,150 EMS licenses and enrolling roughly 1,140 devices. The solution delivered conditional access, multifactor authentication, automatic encryption, and self-service sign-on; accelerated migration to SharePoint/OneDrive; and boosted mobility and productivity for sales, design, and DtoC teams while simplifying IT management and strengthening data protection.
