Affinity Workforce balances tough security with agility through Microsoft 365

Affinity Workforce is a UK-based recruitment specialist for health, education and social care that formed from a restructuring of multiple businesses and now supports over 400 staff across multiple offices. Its IT challenge was to protect large volumes of confidential PII and meet GDPR requirements while keeping systems agile and easy for distributed users to access and self-serve — all with a very small IT team.
