Brillio is a global technology consulting firm that delivers innovation and application modernization across industries. Its internal and external training programs relied on SAP ERP 6.0 with Oracle, but on-premise SAP servers were difficult to access from multiple locations and lacked redundancy, scalability and capacity planning, causing connectivity, security and deployment delays.

To address this, Brillio worked with Sysfore to migrate its SAP workload to Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines, testing performance with a trial period and using cloud tooling to provision instances as needed. The move delivered faster, global access to SAP, improved redundancy and scalability, lower CAPEX through avoided hardware costs, easier offsite trainings and quicker deployments — prompting Brillio to plan additional Azure implementations.
