Ukrainian electronics retailer boosts sales with transformed customer marketing

MOYO, a Kyiv-based Ukrainian retailer of digital and electronic goods, needed a more responsive way to run sales, marketing, and finance processes. The company struggled with inflexible legacy applications, slow campaign execution, and pricing that often lagged behind competitors. Microsoft Azure Stream Analytics was part of the broader Microsoft Azure environment used alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support the transformation.

To address these issues, MOYO worked with E-consulting to build XRM Loyalty on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure, giving the retailer real-time access to customer and billing data for more targeted marketing and sales promotions. Microsoft Azure Stream Analytics helped support analytics-driven decision-making, and the new system delivered measurable results: MOYO said it was enrolling about 1,000 new customers per day versus 300 previously, with a 30% increase in online transactions, stronger customer loyalty, and better employee engagement.
