Anheuser-Busch InBev brews up game-changing business solutions with Microsoft Azure

Anheuser-Busch InBev, headquartered in Belgium, needed to modernize its global IT operations, break down data silos, and centralize analytics across more than 50 countries and 16 datacenters. The company turned to Microsoft Azure Stream Analytics and the broader Microsoft Azure platform to improve speed, scale, security, and support its growing cloud and data needs.

Microsoft Azure helped AB InBev migrate workloads to the cloud, consolidate datacenters, and build a global analytics platform using services such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure HDInsight, Azure IoT Hub, and Azure Stream Analytics. The result was faster application delivery, lower infrastructure costs, better visibility across the business, and real-time inventory tracking for RFID pilot programs, enabling more accurate forecasting and improved operational efficiency.
