Rocky Bay, a specialist disability care and support provider in Australia, faced challenges in efficiently managing its space, one of its largest costs. Microshare deployed its easy-to-install, LoRaWAN battery-powered sensors to collect anonymous occupancy data on rooms and desks. This data was delivered via clear dashboards, enabling the property team to make data-driven decisions. As a result, Rocky Bay doubled the utilization of its space at one hub and increased desk availability to accommodate two to three times more staff. Microshare's solution provided an IoT backbone for future expansions and additional monitoring.
