They needed a secure, unified case management solution that would let distributed users meet a five‑business‑day advisory requirement, shorten staff time per matter, and handle cases that range from months to many years. MicroPact implemented entellitrak in three phases—migrating existing cases and data, building on‑demand reports, and deploying active dashboards—using its Data‑First approach and dynamic modeling to enable rapid, continuous enhancements. As a result, all matter data is centralized and accessible via a secure web portal, allowing attorneys to collaborate across offices, managers to monitor caseloads and reallocate resources in real time, and the agency to run operational metrics on demand. MicroPact continues to support the system and is working with the agency to add advanced analytics capabilities.
