A MicroMain Corporation Case Study
The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, a California Historical Landmark built in 1923 that has hosted World Series games, two Olympics and two Super Bowls, faced rising costs and operational risk from aging infrastructure. Maintenance knowledge was siloed in employees’ heads, preventive work was missed, and for two years the team relied on an Excel-based process that was time-consuming, data-entry intensive and provided poor reporting and KPI visibility.
Implementing MicroMain provided a centralized CMMS to track on-demand work and preventive maintenance, establish dedicated schedules for critical equipment, and produce actionable reporting. The result was a dramatic increase in maintenance efficiency, better asset life management for the historic facility and reduced overall building operations costs.
