Cape May County’s Facilities Department in New Jersey manages more than 100 buildings and over 1,000,000 sq. ft., including offices, correctional facilities, and nursing homes. During an external audit, the county could not locate an x‑ray machine and needed a fast way to verify its disposition.

Using MicroMain Maintenance CMMS and its online Work Request system, staff track assets, work orders, labor and parts.
