Microlise implemented fleet telematics and safety monitoring to provide contextual speeding, harsh braking and asset‑location data, plus driver league tables and exception‑based coaching. The result was an immediate ROI: a 9% reduction in fuel costs within six months, contextual speeding cut to one third of previous levels, reduced vehicle downtime and wear, and improved utilisation and rerouting capability that raised service levels and profitability.
