Twente Express, a West Midlands forwarding, storage and distribution company operating a mixed fleet and completing 25–30 drops a day on European and UK routes, needed constant vehicle visibility and improved driver performance to keep multi‑drop and home deliveries efficient. MICHELIN Connected Fleet delivered real‑time location, tracking history and driver performance monitoring, letting dispatchers see who is closest to a job without phoning drivers, reducing driver interruptions and proving attendance with timestamped visual records so disputes can be resolved in seconds. The solution boosted operational efficiency across Twente Express’s 30‑person operation, improved customer service and driver standards, and will be rolled out to more vehicles as the business expands.
