The Lanes Group wanted to clean up a new business tender...Masternaut helped track down their lucrative new business

The Lanes Group, the UK’s largest independent drainage and sewer renovation specialist, faced a tender that depended on strict KPI arrival times and real-time visibility across a dense service region. To validate their market-leading emergency response and win the contract, The Lanes Group selected MICHELIN Connected Fleet (Masternaut fleet management telematics) to provide a combined real-time tracking and fleet management solution.

MICHELIN Connected Fleet deployed Masternaut telematics across The Lanes Group’s operations—mobilising 420 of a 570-vehicle fleet across 21 depots—to deliver live vehicle tracking, analytics and ongoing training. The system helped The Lanes Group secure a major water and sewerage contract, supported a £3m investment in new plant and equipment, and provided the performance data and operational controls needed to meet KPIs, reduce costs and pursue further mobile resource management improvements.
