Freshmove, one of the UK’s leading temperature-controlled logistics providers, needed live refrigerated transport tracking, accurate temperature reporting and regulatory compliance for customers such as Domino’s Pizza. With 16 vehicles on the road, over 300 movements a week and a major £250K/year customer requiring mandatory temperature documentation, manual driver reporting was time-consuming and risked costly errors.

MICHELIN Connected Fleet deployed the Connect Cold telematics solution to deliver real-time location and temperature monitoring, automatic temperature reports and remote fleet visibility. The system cut driver admin by 30–60 minutes per day, ensured compliance to retain the large contract, supports Freshmove’s pharmaceutical expansion (currently 10% of deliveries) and is expected to save 5–10% on annual fuel costs.
