A MICHELIN Connected Fleet Case Study

Preview of the Graham Construction Case Study

GRAHAM Construction wanted its drivers to save money at the pump...Masternaut delivered a solution that was miles ahead of the goal

Graham Construction, the largest subsidiary of John Graham Holdings Ltd, needed a better way to monitor its light commercial vehicle fleet and reduce fuel costs across the UK and Ireland. After a competitive trial, it chose MICHELIN Connected Fleet’s Masternaut telematics solution to improve fuel efficiency, understand driver behavior, and cut unnecessary mileage and idling.

MICHELIN Connected Fleet implemented a real-time, web-based fleet management system using vehicle data to track fuel consumption, driving style, vehicle depreciation, and cost per mile. The results were immediate: Graham Construction reduced fuel costs by 11% in the first four months, with 6% attributed to reduced idling and better route choices and the remaining 5% to improved driving technique from targeted coaching.
