MICHELIN Connected Fleet’s Masternaut system gave managers live vehicle locations, routing to the nearest job, and data on idling, speeding and fuel use, enabling targeted coaching and dispatch improvements. The result: complete removal of speeding incidents, reduced idling and aggressive handling, improved arrival-time communication for customers, and a 20% reduction in fuel expenditure—benefits that also helped win industry recognition.
