Air Products - Customer Case Study

Air Products, a global leader in industrial gases serving steel, energy, healthcare and food sectors, needed better visibility and control over its delivery fleet to optimise route planning, cut carbon emissions and improve lone‑worker safety. To address these challenges they installed MICHELIN Connected Fleet’s vehicle tracking system (Masternaut) to gain real‑time vehicle and driver visibility and tighter delivery management.

MICHELIN Connected Fleet implemented real‑time tracking with Driver ID Keys that link each driver to a vehicle, automated lone‑worker alerts when drivers are unresponsive, and tools to manage order sequencing and ETAs. As a result, Air Products can identify utilisation improvements for smarter routing, respond faster to delays or incidents, reduce emissions through optimised routes, and give customers clearer delivery windows — demonstrating tangible operational, safety and customer‑service gains from the MICHELIN Connected Fleet solution.
