Puma’s Internal comms benefit from Miappi’s social walls

Puma aimed to boost internal communications and showcase real customer content for campaigns like #FENTYx and #FOREVERFASTER across its London headquarters. In December 2015 Puma engaged Miappi to surface user-generated images, videos and GIFs via Miappi social media walls for display on screens throughout the office.

Miappi implemented social media walls that aggregated hashtagged photos, videos and GIFs and blended them into dynamic, celebrity-endorsed displays. The Miappi solution made Puma’s products and fan endorsements highly visible across the HQ, increasing internal awareness of campaigns and giving staff a real-time view of how customers are using and endorsing Puma.
