Freeman EMEA, part of the world’s largest brand experience company, faced the challenge of increasing engagement at events and improving internal communications across its UK business. To capture attendees’ questions, drive on-stand interaction at Confex 2016 and feed content into internal screens and its website, Freeman partnered with Miappi, using Miappi’s visual marketing and digital signage platform.

Miappi’s platform aggregated social content and powered audience engagement on the Freeman event stand, the corporate website and a network of internal digital screens, improving visitor interaction and employee communications. As a result, Freeman saw a 418% decrease in the main site’s bounce rate, a 59% increase in new traffic (including an 11.4% rise in new users and 7% more new sessions) and a 38% increase in average pages per session, while internal signage helped boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
