A MHR Case Study
Dumfries and Galloway College, serving approximately 5,000 students and 250 staff, faced challenges in managing HR processes across its diverse workforce. The college needed a modern HR platform to provide managers with greater visibility, improve the employee experience, and reduce the administrative burden on its HR team. They sought a solution from vendor MHR that would ensure a smooth implementation and enable internal teams to become self-sufficient.
MHR implemented its People First platform to replace the college's previous iTrent system. Working closely with MHR's configuration team, the college ensured the solution was tailored to its requirements, with a focus on knowledge transfer for self-sufficiency. The results included increased manager self-service, reduced HR administration and routine enquiries, improved employee engagement, and strong user adoption across the organization.
