To solve this, St. Olaf partnered with MHC Software to deploy Document Self-Service to deliver personalized, on-demand content to internal and external audiences.
MHC Software’s Document Self-Service centralized delivery of tax forms, pay statements, benefit documents and vendor files, giving users the ability to view, print and save records while maintaining an audited history. According to St. Olaf, the solution “saves countless hours,” reduces reprint/support calls, helps maintain compliance and frees staff time, demonstrating clear operational and user-experience improvements.
